I
have been practicing law for over twenty five years representing
individuals and businesses. I have assisted them with conflict
resolution, business, real estate, probate and estate planning.
I have drafted marital and relationship agreements and litigated
divorce, domestic violence and custody matters. After years of
litigating cases in court I have made the conscious choice to help
clients resolve their conflicts outside of court.
I represent clients working towards solutions to family law matters,
business, real estate, probate and estate planning. I consult and
coach clients participating in mediation. I serve as a neutral
mediator for individuals and those represented by counsel. I am
invested in clients who are invested in solutions.
I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Bar
Association and
former Co-Chair of the Collaborative Law Section of the King County Bar
Association. I am former Chair of the Civil Practice Group of King County
Collaborative Law. I am a member of the International Academy
of
Collaborative Professionals and King County Collaborative Law. I am
an active member of the community and provide volunteer legal
services. I received my law degree from Seattle University and my
undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. I am a trained mediator, including professional certification with the University of Washington School of Law and training with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
